These Terms & Conditions apply to clients, partners, suppliers, members, and all individuals connected with our operations.
1. Introduction
Defenders Enterprise is a veteran-led business organization formed by retired members of the Armed Forces of Bangladesh. Our operations reflect the principles of discipline, honesty, transparency, and teamwork that define military tradition. We provide a diverse range of business services through a structured, ethical, and highly professional approach. The following terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of all parties interacting with Defenders Enterprise. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Definitions
For the purpose of this document:
- “We”, “Us”, “DE” refers to Defenders Enterprise.
- “Client” refers to any individual, business, or entity receiving our services.
- “Member” refers to registered, vetted internal personnel of Defenders Enterprise.
- “Services” refers to any business activity or offering provided by Defenders Enterprise.
3. Nature of Services
Defenders Enterprise legally operates across multiple sectors in Bangladesh, including:
- Supply and procurement
- Construction and maintenance
- Import and export
- IT and electronic services
- Smart security and protection systems
- Logistics and transportation
- Catering and event management
- Agriculture and agro services
- Training and human development
- Business development and partnerships
All services provided by Defenders Enterprise follow ethical business practices, transparent processes, and disciplined execution. We maintain a strict commitment to quality, efficiency, and professional integrity.
4. Professional Conduct
All parties engaging with Defenders Enterprise must maintain the highest level of professionalism. The organization enforces a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, bribery, favoritism, misconduct, or any unethical influence. Communication with our team must be respectful, truthful, and transparent at all times.
Defenders Enterprise prohibits unauthorized use of its name, logo, branding, networks, documents, or internal resources. Any misrepresentation or impersonation of the organization is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.
5. Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a fundamental requirement across all operations of Defenders Enterprise. All shared information—including documents, proposals, communications, financial data, project materials, and internal reports—is strictly confidential. Clients, members, and partners are prohibited from disclosing, distributing, or publishing any internal information without written permission from the Executive Committee.
Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate service termination, removal of membership, or legal action.
6. Payments and Financial Terms
All payments for services must follow the mutually agreed timeline and payment schedule communicated in quotations, invoices, or written agreements. Defenders Enterprise encourages all financial transactions to be conducted through approved banking or digital channels to ensure transparency and accountability. Cash payments are discouraged unless absolutely unavoidable.
Defenders Enterprise does not provide loans or credit from business funds to clients or members under any circumstances. Delayed payments may result in slower service delivery or temporary suspension of ongoing work. All financial operations are audited annually in compliance with organizational policy and legal requirements.
7. Project Participation and Internal Business Structure
For internal members participating in project-based ventures, participation is based on share contribution, and profit distribution follows proportional shareholding. Retained earnings may be used to support organizational development as approved by the Executive Committee.
Members who introduce new business opportunities may receive incentives according to internal policy. Clients engaging with project-based services must provide accurate information, necessary documents, and timely approvals to prevent delays or operational complications.
8. Ethical Compliance
All clients, partners, members, and associates must comply with the ethical framework of Defenders Enterprise. This includes honesty in all dealings, adherence to the laws of Bangladesh, and avoidance of conflicts of interest. Any attempt to influence decisions through gifts, personal favors, or unethical means will result in immediate termination of the business relationship.
Defenders Enterprise reserves the right to deny service to any party involved in unethical, illegal, or harmful behavior.
9. Website Usage
By accessing our website, users agree to comply with the following conditions:
- Website content may not be copied, altered, or misused.
- Users may not attempt to breach security or damage system integrity.
- Uploading malicious files or impersonating the organization is strictly prohibited.
Any misuse of the website may result in restricted access, termination of service, or legal action.
10. Service Limitations

11. Project Ownership
All project deliverables, documents, and intellectual content produced by Defenders Enterprise remain the property of the organization until full payment is received. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or reuse of deliverables before payment constitutes a violation of organizational policy.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property—including branding, logos, documents, reports, templates, website content, and media—belongs exclusively to Defenders Enterprise. No individual or external party may reproduce or modify such content without explicit written consent.
13. Termination of Engagement
Defenders Enterprise reserves the right to terminate any service, agreement, or partnership if:
- A client or member engages in unethical or illegal behavior
- Payments are withheld without valid reason
- Confidentiality is violated
- Misconduct or actions harmful to the organization occur
Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared immediately. Failure to comply may result in legal enforcement.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of our services or agreements shall first be addressed through internal discussion between the involved parties. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to an independent review led by the Executive Committee of Defenders Enterprise. Should the dispute remain unresolved, the issue may be escalated to appropriate legal authorities in Bangladesh. All parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
16. Amendments
Defenders Enterprise reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and communicated to relevant parties where applicable. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
17. Acceptance
